Star Trek Movie Tie-In

Star Trek Movie Tie-In - Alan Dean Foster The writing wasn't bad, per se, but there could have been a lot more extra stuff added that wasn't in the movie. Instead, we get just the movie with no more than a few pages of additional scenes. I was expecting something along the lines of R.A. Salvatore's novelization of "Attack of the Clones", which added several chapters of additional content, and then some. Foster could have done a better job, because his other novels--at least the ones that I've read--were, at worst, somewhat better than this book. Unless you hate watching movies or you see it for cheap at a yard sale, I wouldn't recommend buying this one; get it from the library instead.
