This book was nicely written and had a great story. I do have to issue some cautions, though: It deals with very serious sexual topics such as marital unfaithfulness and rape. This being a Christian novel, those topics are vilified like the sins they are, but anyone who has had to deal with those things in real life might find that this story hits a little too close to home. It also seemed a bit soap opera-esque, with some of the characters' revelations (involving the topics mentioned earlier) coming out of nowhere. It's still a decent read, but I don't know if I'll check out any of the other books in this series or not.
