Karen Kingsbury has, over the past decade or so, become the queen of Christian fiction. She has a number of devoted readers, as evidenced by how many books of hers I've had to shelve over the past twenty-two months while volunteering at my local library. I've read some other books of hers, and they've all been great, as was this one. I loved this book's characterization and realness all. This book may be fiction, but it feels quite realistic. If you like Christian fiction, you owe it to yourself to give Kingsbury a try. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.
