Case of the On-Line Alien (Wishbone Mysteries)
I was a big "Wishbone" when I was younger, so I saw this at the library and decided to check it out. I was amazed. It's so well-written and has a very engaging story. Although it isn't a retelling of a classic story, it does make a reference to H.G. Wells' "War of the Worlds," which relates to the story, as you will find out. I'm going to read some more of these, because this one was quite good!
